TestFlight is an app that lets developers invite testers to test their apps before they are released to the public. The program also offers developers the ability to send crash logs, usage information, and any feedback that they may have to the developer. This will allow them to improve their apps and products.
A tester receives an invitation via email or a public link. Once they accept the invitation, they will be given a login and a password. They will then be taken to the developer's app or product page. They will be able to choose which version they want to test and which device they want to test it on.
